Job Description

The digital marketing specialist role is to interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote products to the end users. The main purpose of this positions is to create a consistent, meaningful and engaging content on all social media platforms and websites as well as act quickly to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling.
  • Manage and supervise social media platforms and websites.
  • Manage the on-page and off-page SEO as well as building relevant back links.
  • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company policies.
  • Create social media marketing plan and editorial calendar.
  • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insights on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness.
  • Advise the graphic designers on the needed daily artwork for different social media platforms.
  • Create SEM (Google AdWords campaigns) to promote for products and increase the brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media and google AdWords portals with the analytical tools as Google Analytics, Likealyzer, ...… etc.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or faculty of commerce.
  • Marketing Major is a plus
  • Strong knowledge with the business applications of social media and digital platforms
  • (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, google AdWords platforms, LinkedIn… etc.).
  • Knowledge of project management and web design best practices.
  • Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take needed action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Up to date to recent social media techniques, trends and strategies.
  • Up to date to real time marketing.
