We are a medical B2B business which we are creating a product with a freelancing company.
The company has a product manager, but we are looking for Manager for the development side as a CTO
The website is still under development, and challenges will be faced from the first day.

Job Duties:

Manage technology resources (either outsourcing development company, or in-house developers).
Sustaining product stability and quality.
Translating business requirements into technical requirements.
Improving technologies used in the product.
Integrating useful services into the product.
Leading the product into the best technologies available according to business requirements.

Experience is highly required specially in management.
Language used is Node.js, with React.js, on Postgre SQL database.
The company is based in USA, and the operational office is in France, so the applicant should be accessible to move to France in case needed.
Sometimes the job requires traveling to the team as we are working oversees so that should be fine with the applicant too.
