Job Description
General Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation and improvement of the production quality and to reach customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for presenting timely reports to the plant manager.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for the development and implementation of company quality system
- Responsible for setting the raw material and finished product specification in conjunction with the client requirements and Egyptian Law
- Responsible for executing the internal audits based on HACCP, GMP, FSMS, and FSSC 22000
- Responsible for supervising and conducting performance appraisals quality control engineers
- Responsible for developing and executing training for the quality staff
- Works to guarantee customer satisfaction and taking proper corrective actions
- Responsible for facilitating audits by external bodies and customers.
Job Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor of Agriculture (Food Science Technology) or Faculty of Science
- Experience not less than 5 years in similar positions
- Training courses in GMP, HACCP, FSSC, ISO 22000, Internal Audit
- English Language is a Must
