Job Description
General Description
- The implementation of all the Human resources and personnel policies and procedures. Contact officer with all external official bodies
Responsibilities & Duties
- Recruiting and hiring of workers
- Responsible for maintaining and updating employees' files in accordance to the Egyptian Labor Law
- Presenting timely reports to direct manager in regards to work progress
- Maintaining records for all employees' salary variables including but not limited to holidays, late arrivals, sick leaves, etc and presenting monthly reports to Financial Manager
Job Requirements
- Degree : Bachelors Degree in Law
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions
