Job Description

General Description

  • The implementation of all the Human resources and personnel policies and procedures. Contact officer with all external official bodies

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Recruiting and hiring of workers
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating employees' files in accordance to the Egyptian Labor Law
  • Presenting timely reports to direct manager in regards to work progress
  • Maintaining records for all employees' salary variables including but not limited to holidays, late arrivals, sick leaves, etc and presenting monthly reports to Financial Manager

Job Requirements

  • Degree : Bachelors Degree in Law
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions
