Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel
- Design and maintain a filing system for the office.
- Supervise the cleanliness of the office.
- Design job descriptions for various positions in the company.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Monitor time sheets.
- Follow up of marketing materials (printing press, schedules and so on)
- Setup and coordinate meeting for the management.
- General clerical duties.
- Prepare correspondence for the managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Full time bilingual secretaries needed for full time positions.
- 5 days a week.
- A minimum 3 years experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English is a MUST.
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other functions of Microsoft is a plus.
