Participates in developing and implementing the HR & Administration strategy for the Organization with the Senior Management.
Prepares the HR & Administration Sector policies and procedures manual and monitors their implementation ensuring total compliance to the organization strategy and standards.
Prepares the HR & Administration Sector operating budget, and monitors operating expenses against the approved budgets.
Reviews the current structure and consult on best and appropriate organizational structure that matches the Organization Strategy and updates the organizational charts accordingly.
Supports the Senior Management Team on all HR matters such as succession planning and assessments
Manages the Performance Management System by setting the Objectives for the Senior Team with the Top Management and supports the Senior Management in development of their team objectives ensuring total compliance and alignment to the Group Strategy.
Prepares and manages the technical and soft skills training required for the organization.
Reviews and manages the updating process for the current Job descriptions and ensures regular updates
Prepares the Manpower Plans for the organization and manages the whole recruitment process
Manages and Executes the Payroll cycle for the organization
Manages the Compensation and Benefits activities for the organization
Manages the salary survey assignment and reviews the current salary structure accordingly.
