Job Description
- Handling Human Resources role & Assigned administration's tasks & other responsibilities.
- Manage, Follow-up & Update content of Social Media accounts based on management directions
- Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales prospects & Accounts, Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences, follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must
- Females Only from 22 to 29 Years
- Good command of English language & Computer Skills
- Strong listening & presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good appearance.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- 1 to 4 years previous experience in recruitment or in a relative field is preferable
