Job Description
- Assist in directing all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration, facilities and sales.
- Assist in providing coaching, development and motivation to the whole team.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Reviewing a number of attendance on a daily basis with the admission team.
- Ensure the Safety & Cleanliness of all rides and the entire park.
- Ordering, reordering and stock controlling of the café & admission Items.
- Make sure that the operators are following the Safety Operation Procedures.
- Ensure the closing and opening of the park as per the procedures.
- Prepare duty, break time and day off schedule for the operators and supervise them.
- Assist the customers for any inquiry or guidance.
- Generate and deliver reports as per the request.
- Coordinate with Maintenance on daily basis in such a way that the operation is guaranteed by daily reviewing a functionality and operations check list
- Oversee park operation & cleaning to guarantee the service offered to visitors complies with park standards
- Insure all security systems (alarms, antennae, smoke detectors, fingerprint, camera, etc.) function optimally by daily reviewing the corresponding check list
- Other duties as assigned.
