Job Description

  • Participate as project manager in all HR initiatives and projects and deliver regular reports
  • Implement TNA process and reports
  • Implement the performance & KPI’s process as per the system & manage the documentation and signature cycle
  • Implement Compensation & benefits initiatives and provide the needed analysis
  • Manage employee relations and be the first HR contact for employees in order to solve their issues
  • Manage related government services transactions by maintaining records and processing through the relevant government offices to ensure government rules/policies/regulations are followed
  • Maintain employee’s files with full compliance to the regulations
  • Administer the manpower planning process with all departments and approvals
  • Conduct vacancy search, interviews and testing candidates and shortlist for the functions interviews
  • Implement the on boarding process, job offer, medical checkup, contracts & employee files
  • Coordinate new comers orientation

Job Requirements

Minimum Required Education

  • Bachelor Degree
  • HR professional Study

Minimum Required Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR generalist

Professional Knowledge & Skills

  • IT Skills – MS. Office
  • Interviewing Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law & employees regulations

Language Proficiency

  • Excellent English
