About the Job
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Responsible for selling company software products and services
- Create new opportunities and deals
- Provide customers with quotations as per requested specifications.
- Follow up on new lead and referrals resulting from field activity
- Develop and Maintain long term relationship with the existing and potential customers
- Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations to high level executives.
- Maintain after sales services with the customers.
- Handle all sales operation process inside the company.
- Reach potential customers through cold calling and face-to-face meetings
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive analysis, and potential products and services.
- Follow-up with the collection and logistics teams
- Update all the active and maintain the details on the Client Relationship Management (CRM).
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
- Answering any technical questions the client might have
- Develop and maintain sales material and current product knowledge
- Identify and resolve client concerns
