About the Job
  • Handle tickets on all Swvl's communication channels
  • Hold Support Shifts as assigned by Comm. Ops Manager
  • Apply all Comm. Ops. Policies (Response Time, etc..)
  • Improving and making sure all policies are applied Execute all Comm. Ops.
  • Tasks assigned by Comm. Ops. Manager
  • Survey customers needs and report it to all necessary teams
  • Response Immediately with a call to all low ratings
  • Report Technical Issues to the Tech. Team by email
  • Report all Drivers concerns to Quality Team by email
Job Requirements
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Fresh graduates and experienced personnel are encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced in call centers is a plus.
  • Maximum Age: 35.
  • Gender: both males and females.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
