Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define project scope, develop and maintain detailed planning artifacts.
- Lead negotiation efforts on deliverables and timing across various stakeholders.
- Pro actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations and key data to decision-makers.
- Continually improve processes, staffing and productivity in order to deliver customer success on every project.
- Work with customers to ensure that customer success and project goals are clearly identified and well documented.
- Ensure team alignment to the customer success and project goals and track deliverables weekly (or daily when needed).
- Ensure quality of Delivery and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in IT, Communication or any similar discipline
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years project management experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Highly intelligent, self-motivated individual that possesses expert project management skills, knowledge of IT consulting and extreme attention to detail.
- Technical experience in at least one of the following areas: Networks, Security or Systems.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching large projects.
- Proven management experience leading large, complex teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
