About the Job
  • Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
  • Responsible to acquire new food service accounts for the Company.
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
  • Identify market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
  • Strong Food Service contacts
  • Able to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, business results and developing markets.
  • Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
  • Responsible to approve and critique promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.
  • Develop and execute effective HORECA account-specific Sales programs.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years Sales experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA customers
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Advanced professional certifications in Strategic Sales, Account Management, and Sales Management.
  • Must be number-oriented with strong math skills and well-developed business senses.
  • Self-Starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multi task, set priorities, stay focused and set clear milestones.
