Job Description
- Implement and follow up an effective legal compliance program.
- Develop and review company policies & SOPs’
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Create and follow up effective action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violations.
- Regularly audit company procedures, operations, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
- Reporting any discrepancy through the formal document.
- Investigate any discrepancy and identify the root cause to prevent incident reoccurrence.
- Ensuring the service providers and suppliers comply with legal regulations and internal procedures and policies.
- Properly communicate the issue related to relevant costumer under supervision from his/her manager.
- Carry out compliance activities properly as required.
- Communicate and report any proposal for improving the company performance in compliance activities.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from the Faculty of Science, Department of Chemistry or Pharmacy
- 2-4( years compliance experience)
- Very good in English
- Excellent MS office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
