Job Description
- Understand software complexity and provide optimal direction from an implementation perspective
- Working closely with the Business owner to produce accurate delivery
- Manage the vendors from a technical perspective to final delivery “mobile apps and portals”
- Analyze and create project scope and milestones for apps and portals
- Manage the handling and assigning of daily tasks within the company
- Hold regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations throughout a project
- Address customer concerns about products, services rendered, or employee interactions
- Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior
- Ensure proper communication concerning changes in established milestones or challenges that may affect the outcome of a project's completion date
- Communicate and organize with team members to increase the company's outreach
Job Requirements
- 7-13 years of experience.
- BSc. Computer science or similar degree
- Has an experience for backend or frontend development min five years
- Has a technical background in frontend , backend, and mobile development
- Has a technical understanding of an agile approach, DevOps, and deployments
- Managing developers and software engineering for min 5 years
- Experience with .Net Core, Node , Js, C#, OOP, Design Patterns, MVC and WebAPI.
- Experience with MSSQL and Entity Framework code first.
- Experience with Non-relation DB
- Software Development Life Cycle knowledge
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as Angular , HTML and CSS
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable codes.
- Proficient communication skills.
- English Excellent is a must
- Experience with Version Control Systems such as Git etc..
