Job Description
- Introduce clients to brand portfolio, while guiding them on a tour of the showroom and the available product offerings
- Assess a client's budgetary constrains through indirect questioning
- Present offerings and alternatives to client according to specified description of requirements or presumed budget
- Maintain a positive sales experience for the client throughout the entire duration of the sale
- Construct quotations and sales presentations based on items requested by client
- Follow up with clients in a mindful manor
- Finally conclude sale with client,
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by mail and telephone
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers
- Capable of explaining all information and technical specifications of all product lines from all brands
- Keep client engaged and at all maintain a positive image of our organisation

- Good familiarity with Microsoft Excel
