Job Description
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that growth company sales and opportunities.
- Set objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team – (training and helping) team members reach their full sales potential is the main objective, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Leading and manage sales target by achieve it and motivate sales team.
- Manage and drive CRM systems to provide intermittent reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns
- Manage and solve sales process errors smoothly (objections, contracting process, closing deal, collections)
- Managing relationships with clients and open links with them for the potential opportunities.
- Present Reports of (sales, revenue and expenses) and realistic forecasts to the management team performance
- Analyzing trends, results and generates timely sales reports as per top management request.
