Job Description
- Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning the delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Increasing the showroom sales volume
- Following up with the customers till order accomplishment
- Follow up with production and installation team and customer service team to maintain order time frame
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail field
- Experience in curtains industry is preferable
- BSC of commerce/arts or any related discipline
- Good Looking
- Willing to work on shift basis -work will be on rotational shifts
