Job Description
- Responsible for mall full operations at night from 12:00 am to 8:00 am
- Capture and resolve all mall related incidents, guest concerns/complains and different departments’ functions
- Monitor night shift services schedules
- Monitor contractors’ works at night and to make sure they fully comply with mall pre communicated regulations
- Report findings to management
- Cover all log book assignments that are planned to be executed at night
- Maintain Mall procedures and regulations at night
- Escalate violations and operations abnormality to upper management
- Fully comprehensive of critical areas of mall operations
- Well versed with operation requirements
- Handle complains in a courteous manner
- Maintain guest best experience all the time.
