Job Description
- Make Outbound calls checking customers satisfaction through quality survey
- Assist customers who have specific inquiries.
- Participate in activities that designed to improve customer satisfaction
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
- Update OPEX system daily
- Update existing customer information.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Call Center/Customer Service Experience and Fresh graduates
- Males and Females
- Strong verbal communication skills over the phone.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good command of English
