Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Determine gross-profit plans by analyzing trends and results.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for different accounts / territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Previous experience in Furniture industry, Food & Beverages Services, or Hospitality Field
- Good experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
- Leadership skills, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent planning, managerial and follow up abilities.
- Interpersonal skills to engage in the effective management of different teams and various departments as well as business partners.
- High problem-solving abilities.
- A good network of contacts.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic
