Job Description
- Supervise the new projects implementations in terms of (construction, electromechanical, Safety, Security, etc.)
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
- Maintain, operate all associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs
- Manage all related matters to HVAC systems with the service provider and supervise HVAC preventive maintenance contracts
- Manage and supervise maintenance providers for Electrical Systems, generators and UPS systems
- Perform facility inspections and report on conditions may affect operations
- Manage energy saving plan
- Respond to emergencies
- Monitor, review and understand equipment and methods of operation, firefighting system and ensure the consecutive maintenance of all components (electric pumps, diesel pumps, pipelines, expansion tanks, panels, fire alarming systems and etc.)
- Handle all related cases to CCTV, Access control systems
- Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken
- Comply and ensure compliance of all parties with all safety procedures and requirements
- Maintain compliance to City, County, district ordinances and codes
- Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required
- Train and support new joiners and contribute in tracking and reporting the performance till covering the learning curve and proactively learn and train other staff members on new technologies.
- Manage people and handle as escalation point the team complaints and supervise the performance and achievement; evaluate performance with key metrics and conduct one-to-one meetings with all relevant subordinates to communicate feedback from monthly performance assessment; carry out general meeting as well to review operational results and discuss improvement steps and plan to eliminate the attrition potentials and consider VOE
- Prepares monthly KPI’s and annual appraisals of maintenance personnel
- Ensures that role KPI’s are meeting or exceeding the main objectives SLA required
Job Requirements
Functional Level:
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
- Strong electromechanical background

Educational Background:

- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management
Language Skills:
- Very good in both Arabic and English language is mandatory
