Job Description
- Handle and follow up all customer complains.
- Coordinate all the internal marketing activities and following all the guidelines.
- Prepare the required customer service report to brand managers.
- Negotiate and finalize quotations with Agencies.
- Follow up with clients regarding their work in progress.
- Handle the dispatching of finished products to foreign and local clients.
- Track outgoing shipments till delivery to clients.
