About the Job
  • Handle and follow up all customer complains.
  • Coordinate all the internal marketing activities and following all the guidelines.
  • Prepare the required customer service report to brand managers.
  • Negotiate and finalize quotations with Agencies.
  • Follow up with clients regarding their work in progress.
  • Handle the dispatching of finished products to foreign and local clients.
  • Track outgoing shipments till delivery to clients.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 2-year experience .
  • MS office professional user.
