Job Description

  • Coordinate all event’s details such as suppliers, equipment and productions.
  • Coordinate facilities as decoration, catering, entertainment, invitees list, and promotional material.
  • Deal with clients and handling all queries.
  • Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Deal with the event staff, volunteers and subcontractors.
  • Managing all operational and administrative functions.
  • Improve Quality for all production materials.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in similar field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Presentable with a pleasant personality
