Job Description

  • Assist in identify and setting up sales strategy.
  • Set up team sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the Sales Manager.
  • Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly & annually basis.
  • Support & motivate the sales team to achieve individual & team target.
  • Supervise daily work of sales team liaises with HR department in solving HR issues including team discipline, compliance, work attitude, etc..
  • Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties.
  • Maintain and up to date customer accounts analysis.
  • Provide sales team with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
  • Attend Meetings with customers to ensure that sales process handled well.
  • Report sales activities to the sales manager, on a daily/ weekly/ monthly and / or quarterly basis.
  • Perform job related duties and assignments.
  • Check, maintain & coordinate sales contracts and check policies & procedures
