Job Description
Job Purpose:
Within Orange Business services ESC department, TOC CTS2 team is responsible for incident management activity for Cisco Collaboration customers. The team is in charge of solving all incidents, doing complex changes, carrying out customer major projects, doing platform minor and major upgrades and delivering informative reports about customer environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Resolving Cisco collaboration incidents achieving minimum resolution time with minimum customer impact.
- Implementing complex changes for all Cisco Collaboration customers.
- Carrying out customer minor an major projects.
- Carrying out system minor and major system upgrades.
Job Requirements
Skill Profile:
Technical knowledge:
- Good knowledge of IP networking
- Hands-on experience on Cisco collaboration technologies and products ( CUCM , CME , CUC , CUE and UCCX )
- Good understanding of voice protocols and standards.
- CCNA Collaboration certificate is a must.
- CCNP collaboration is preferred.
Interpersonal skills:
- Coordination, teamwork and networking capabilities
- Autonomy and leadership (management of priorities, risks, reporting)
- Analysis and synthesis ability
- Presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- French is a big plus.
