Job Description
- Lead the team of professionals in project management in order to accomplish the required tasks
- Work and follow-up requests for procurement of project management
- Programming control devices Scada - Servo - Hmi - Plc and other devices in the machines
- Technical training on machines or projects for technicians and operators
- Electronic maintenance of some damaged machines to repair and enter production lines
- Management of the project entrusted to the administration in full within the limits of jurisdiction
- Operating instructions SOP operators to help them to solve any problem related to the machine
- Implementation of all instructions to manage projects.
- Giving orders to technicians and employing them in various projects.
- Find alternatives for spare parts not found locally.
- Follow-up operation and maintenance of machines and the work of polyster machines.
- Trying to find solutions to the problems of machines (all machines in the factory).
- Creating solutions to problems by working with meetings with the technicians and the director of project management.
- Withdrawal of PLC & HMI programs for all machines and problem solving related to machine programs.
- Participate with the factory maintenance team when there are major problems (boiler or cooling problem)
- Contribution to the implementation of the KPI of projects from the timely delivery of projects and the project cost and project existence.
