Job Description
- Responsible for organization, control, integration, and completion of projects within area of logistics management
- keeping records of purchase orders, assuring the receipt of their
- Purchase acknowledgments and shipping all equipment’s from our foreign suppliers, that provide Sobek sports.
- Oversee issuing Purchase orders against Sales order.
- Control Min/Max stock & arrange advance or L/C payments.
- Ensure the timely confirmation of P/Is to Supplier.
- Tracking shipments.
- Ensure the timely posting of new shipments in the system.
- Communicating with foreign suppliers in order to get the best delivery time, payment terms and legal contracts; and to pursue the requested orders as well.
- Preparing documents concerning the cargo (commercial invoice, packing list, weight list, AWB, BOL, certificate of origin, inspection certificate, insurance policy,….).
Job Requirements
