Job Description
- Lead the testing team and provide them technical support
- Analyze Software process requirements and help quality member to translate requirements into a defined test strategy and test plan.
- Review test Plan, Test cases, Bugs to make sure that they are created in right way
- Monitor and Control Test Progress
- Collect Measures and Create quality report at the End of the project
- Maintain training plans for team members and monitor their skills development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the testing field.
- Experience in Leading teams and building processes.
- Experience in planning and Project tracking.
- Deep knowledge of CMMI process.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to resolve problems through root cause analysis.
