Job Description
The mumm Customer Satisfaction is a very unique and challenging position as it requires multi skilled individual to do the job right. You shall be responsible for;
- Getting in touch with our clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Surveying clients and seeking their feedback on our service to ensure highest service level
- Engaging in the operations cycle and getting exposed to our whole business cycle from order placing till delivery.
- Maintain Mumm SOPs in terms of service levels, food standards, delivery time
Job Requirements
The candidate should ideally have:
- Excelent English is a must
- Solid demonstration of leadership, influence and persuasion skills.
- A desire to win, with a strong entrepreneurial flair to seek out new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, which enable you to express ideas in a way that creates commitment and trust.
- A degree (from any discipline) is required.
- Hungry to learn.
- Fun to work with.
- Experience in food operations is a plus.
