Job Description
- Assemble detailed projects’ properties portfolio and present it to clients and accompany customers to property sites to view the housing units.
- Collect full details of property which includes photo shooting, arranging viewings, showing the property to potential tenants, etc...
- Attend “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc).
- Fulfill customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, and credit terms.
- Maintain customer records.
- Prepare necessary reports such as site report and call report.
- Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Prepare presentation, proposals, and sales contracts
- Schedule meetings, make presentations and site visits.
- Handling customers demand
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
