Contributing to the annual business plan, including sales, budget and profit targets
Overall responsibility for achieving assigned targets.
Building the business development unit
Assigning performance targets for the teams under supervision and monitoring the performance to ensure adherence to the targets and continuous improve in the teams’ performance
Identifying and expanding business opportunities in line with the agreed company business plan
Taking an active part in the strategic development plans for marketing to provide the required support for client acquisition
Actively taking part in the development of new product offerings, from the conception phase to the final product phase
Ensuring all staff focus on customer satisfaction and upholding of Wisely service standards, policies, procedures and decision making processes

University degree.
Valid EFSA license for not less than 10 years
MBA is an asset
Excellent leadership skills, and ability to work independently.
Good experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
Excellent planning, managerial and follow up abilities.
Excellent communications skills with a high customer service orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage in the effective management of different teams and various departments as well as business partners.
High problem-solving abilities.
A good network of contacts.
Creative and highly self-motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to handle critical business situations with extreme diplomacy and confidentiality.
Presentable.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic
