Job Description

  • Contributing to the annual business plan, including sales, budget and profit targets
  • Overall responsibility for achieving assigned targets.
  • Building the business development unit
  • Assigning performance targets for the teams under supervision and monitoring the performance to ensure adherence to the targets and continuous improve in the teams’ performance
  • Identifying and expanding business opportunities in line with the agreed company business plan
  • Taking an active part in the strategic development plans for marketing to provide the required support for client acquisition
  • Actively taking part in the development of new product offerings, from the conception phase to the final product phase
  • Ensuring all staff focus on customer satisfaction and upholding of Wisely service standards, policies, procedures and decision making processes

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Valid EFSA license for not less than 10 years
  • MBA is an asset
  • Excellent leadership skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Good experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
  • Excellent planning, managerial and follow up abilities.
  • Excellent communications skills with a high customer service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage in the effective management of different teams and various departments as well as business partners.
  • High problem-solving abilities.
  • A good network of contacts.
  • Creative and highly self-motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle critical business situations with extreme diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Presentable.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic
