Job Description
- Contributing to the annual business plan, including sales, budget and profit targets
- Overall responsibility for achieving assigned targets.
- Building the business development unit
- Assigning performance targets for the teams under supervision and monitoring the performance to ensure adherence to the targets and continuous improve in the teams’ performance
- Identifying and expanding business opportunities in line with the agreed company business plan
- Taking an active part in the strategic development plans for marketing to provide the required support for client acquisition
- Actively taking part in the development of new product offerings, from the conception phase to the final product phase
- Ensuring all staff focus on customer satisfaction and upholding of Wisely service standards, policies, procedures and decision making processes
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Valid EFSA license for not less than 10 years
- MBA is an asset
- Excellent leadership skills, and ability to work independently.
- Good experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
- Excellent planning, managerial and follow up abilities.
- Excellent communications skills with a high customer service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage in the effective management of different teams and various departments as well as business partners.
- High problem-solving abilities.
- A good network of contacts.
- Creative and highly self-motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle critical business situations with extreme diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Presentable.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic
