  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any relevant field
  • 1-2 year experience as a call center agent.
  • Very good computer skills: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Can work under pressure
