Job Description

  • The Sales Support Officer responsible for receiving the requests from the sales team regarding sending the proposal to customers according to sales representative guidance and also coordinating the cycle between sales team and operations team by sending the training request including all the clients needed requirements to the operations team.

Job Description:

  • The Sales Support Officer responsible for receiving the requests from the sales team, sending high standard designed proposals to clients based on performance consultant requirements.
  • Coordinate the cycle between sales team and operations team by sending the training request including all the clients needed requirements to the operations team.
  • Confirming invoices
  • Responding to external mails
  • Making weekly report including proposals, bookings and invoices
  • Reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

  • A college degree
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with people are essential.
  • Good leadership skills are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and MS Office applications (powerpoint, word, excel..etc.)
