About the Job
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Answering technical support tickets and solve clients problems
- Provide technical support services for Dimofinf CMS (Installation, Upgrading and Editing Styles)
- Perform Q&A responsibilities for project and task level work (testing, test case writing, content maintenance, website assessments etc.).
- Perform ongoing tests to verify accuracy of client tracking.
