Job Description
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Execute the strategic business plan by working with the internal related departments and contacting the foreign companies to reach the needed deal.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with publishers and companies;\
- Handling main accounts and follow up its status and need
- Monitoring and chasing work progress
- Tracking budget and target
- Managing a small team (both freelance and in-house staff);
- Representing the company at international books fairs
Job Requirements
- 5-7 Years of experience in Rights.
- Strong writing skills (in both English & Arabic languages).
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills / presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Excel, word, powerpoint, internet searching.
