Job Description
Industry Sales Supervisor is a leader in our multinational and key customers' team.
The team approaches mostly R&D, Procurement Specialists/managers &/or company owners depending on company size.
The sales supervisor will be responsible for his personal and the team's maintenance and working on new leads, forecasting, negotiating with customers, achieving forecasted targets, report on a periodical basis (daily, weekly monthly, quarterly and annually).
Personal and Team's KPIs will include achievement, lead conversion ratio, New leads, reporting and forecasting accuracy, customer retention and profitability.
To Sum Up;
- Planning for personal and team sales for their industry
- Set targets and follow up sales team
- Maintain and grow customer base
- Explore potential opportunities and lead growth in the Chemical/food industry raw materials' business
Job Requirements
- Industry know how is a plus
- R&D Experience is preferred
