About the Job
  • Manage the daily calendar for the manager & coordinate scheduled appointments.
  • Responsible for all the administrative & secretarial work and all secretarial duties including: typing, sending and receiving faxes, e-mails, & searching the Internet.
  • Keeping & maintaining files & records.
  • Answering phone calls. Assist in arranging meetings.
  • Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings.
  • Plans and coordinates arrangements for professional conferences.
