Job Description
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires
- Implement innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each department.
- Work very closely with hiring managers to ensure the adequate understanding of their hiring needs and the requirements and expectations of the job.
- Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Coach Line Managers about interviewing techniques, provide interview skills training if needed.
- Coordinate with universities, Employment Fairs, events in relation to targeted hires.
- Help with the creation of Job descriptions when hiring managers open new roles and update existing ones.
- Work towards the highest level of stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide analytical & well documented reports on recruitment activities.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with line managers, wider HR community, and team members to create a partnership that delivers success, collaboration and credibility.
- Collaborate as a part of the HR team to create and implement employee communications that inform, inspire and engage employees around the company’s vision, culture, strategy & values.
- Drive staff engagement & retention through a series of internal events & external staff gatherings.
- Revise process effectiveness and efficiencies, recommend ideas that can help us improve further.
- Participate in newcomer orientations & onboarding programs.
- Take responsibility for own project initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment function
- Outstanding communication & organizational skills
- Available to provide flexible working hours to meet global hiring requirements.
