- Managing customer service inquiries and complains either by handling inbound/outbound calls, emails or chats.
- Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Working Conditions:
- 5 working days / 2 days off (rotational shifts).
- The salary will be determined according to English Fluency
