Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Reach and exceed assigned sales goals to sell Roots' services to businesses/employers.
- Drive Roots growth by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
- Turn prospects through effective cold calling strategy, relationships development with centres of influence and prospective clients to uncover the true needs and challenges for them and their business, and effectively position and recommend the right Roots' services.
- Collaborate with other teams and work daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining exceptional customer relations.
- Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business
- Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects
- Develop a network in person and via phone with key decision makers in an assigned/designated territory
- Establish and maintain strong relationships, with both internal and external customers
- Proactively connect clients' business needs with Roots' portfolio of services.
- Represent Roots in the field, at trade shows and seminars
- Develop and maintain relationships with other networking and business groups in the territory
Job Requirements
Experience You Need
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years successful sales or related experience
- Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office
- A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
- Well-organized with highly effective time and activity management skills
- Goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
- Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
- Proven customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, with effective time management skills
