Job Description
- The Head of Direct Sales Team is responsible for an effective motivation of personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity.
- The goal is to manage his team in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.
- Considering the maximum level of integrity in closing sales, cash collection and stock control.
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Manage both of cash and stock flow in the area locations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is a must.
- Age should be NOT more than 30 years.
- Very good in English
- 5 years’ retail sales experience.
- Relationship building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate the advertising and sponsorship team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with advertisers and clients
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
