Job Description
- Oversee all the location daily operations and employees, including performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities.
- The senior will be responsible for maintaining the overall culture of the location and to ensure the staff also represents and embraces the location culture and goals. he will oversee the operational and organizational standards of the location as well as implement the marketing, advertising, financial and sales strategy dictated by upper management.
- The senior will regularly review the daily weekly and quarterly sales and financial (Cash Collection & Stock Control) data of the location to ensure the location and staff are meeting their financial and sales quotas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is a must.
- Age should be NOT more than 30 years.
- Very good in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Leadership skills.
- 3 years’ retail sales experience.
