About the Job
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, developing and following up on the after sales services (maintenance and spare parts) to raise the level of production and quality, to provide the best possible services to customers and to reach the highest possible percentage of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Responsible for assessing the level of services provided to customers and proposing and addressing problems encountered
  • Working and responsible for improving the level of customer satisfaction by satisfying the department to their needs based on the company's policy and approved standards.
  • Ensuring the interest of existing customers and solving problems and complaints related to them.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electricity or industrial engineering
  • Preferably who has experience in the management of after-sales services in electrical appliances, especially screens + adaptations + satellite devices + fans
  • Excellent English level and excellent computer level
