Job Description
- Replies to all social media (comments , messages and customer inquiries) on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram...etc
- Establish positive & professional relationships with the clients as a first point of contact through Social Media & Phone calls
- Follow-up on all questions , issues & complaints and ensure they are handled and responded
- Track orders for clients with Aramex
- Write reminders and follow them up with manager
- Have the ability to create posts
- Can create and manage market plans
Job Requirements
- Marketing, Social media, and/or merchandising experience
- English Proficiency is a must (Written Only)
- Organized and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
- Culturally relevant, with a highly developed interest in fashion and art
- Communication Skills
