Job Description
- Control the registration of the facilities and fleets to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with the company Legal Counsel on legal matters making sure that legal issues with internal and external parties are resolved in a fair manner.
- Manage facility maintenance services – cleaning, plants, air conditioning maintenance – ensuring that the facilities reflect the company’s image and environment to both employees and visitors.
- Foster and maintain relationships with third parties that provide administrative services hotels, car rentals, cleaning – to benefit from corporate deals and offers.
- Manage the delivery of travel and hospitality services to cater for Company events and business travel in line with policies and standards.
- Manage the provision of mobile and telephone services to the company in line with established policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a general discipline.
- Experience: From 10 to 15 years of experience in admin field
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing facility and vehicle registrations and procedures.
- General knowledge of laws governing contracts and agreements.
