Job Description
- Execute new and existing brand strategies in email, web and print
- Develop and maintain clear brand guidelines and ensure all creative deliverables have a consistent look and feel that is brand appropriate
- Problem-solve and take design feedback from internal stakeholders while maintaining a creative point of view and consistency
- Manage, plan and work with the team to execute all creative projects including daily emails, site banners, digital ads, posters, flyers and various print collateral
- Partner with the Art Director to translate project requests into conceptual ideas and execute a winning creative direction
- Manage creative updates on website including homepage placements, marketing banners, products, widgets and any new pages, updates or features
- Execute all mobile site creative updates and changes including updating site with new imagery and creating wireframes for agency to follow for any new pages, updates or optimizations
- Work closely with the Art Director on printed pieces to develop design concepts and execute layouts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional experience in design with previous fashion/retail experience
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Understanding and experience in brand strategy and UX/UI design
- Strong proficiency and experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Proven experience designing emails, online banners, and web design
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of Photographing is a great plus.
