Job Description
- Search for new projects which needs complete lighting solution and present our company as lighting consultant to offer complete solution as per customer needs In indoor, outdoor, landscape, façade lighting.
- Visit different clients ( architects – consultants – main and subcontractors ) or follow them by mail or phone to get complete info about targeting project and what is the current process of it.
- Following Medium & Large scale projects in tendering and procurement phase according to the consultant and client requirement as per vendor list or approved equal.
- Following technical office and design team and specification departments to meet the required technical and financial selection according to the consultant requirement and specified budget.
- Analyze our situation against our competitors in the local market in different projects.
- Coordinate between the contractors at site and our company for delivering the products.
- Approved our samples in different projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree engineering or have experience in electrical supplying systems . (preferable lighting field ).
- Age : 25-30
- Gender : male ( preferable )
- Have experience in construction projects fields in local Egyptian market.
- Have wide contacts with ( main and subcontractors – electrical and architectural consultants – projects owners – interior designers ) In Egyptian market.
- Its preferable to have car . ( car allowance available ) - transportations solutions available
- Have experience in direct sales process ( letter of guarantee – negotiations terms – payment terms – building stable and reliable business contact with different clients) .
- Good knowledge about AutoCAD and Excel is must.
- Good in English speak and write
- Preferable experience in lighting
